Organizational Tips

Today I'm sharing some organizational tips I have incorporated into our apartment.

Living Room:

We use an IKEA Billy Bookcase for our cookbooks and books (1st shelf), our DVDs (2nd and 3rd shelves), and CDs (3rd shelf). This bookshelf is very sturdy and the perfect size for us. It all gives me something decorate, if you haven't noticed ;)

Kitchen

I promise we have more glasses but they were dirty when I took this photo. 

We bought the shelf for the mugs and rocks glass from The Container Store. Everything fits perfectly with the shelf in place.

{4 Sort Dividers}

We have a lot of bakeware since I love to bake. We got most of it off our wedding registry. We knew we needed something in our island cupboards to utilize the space better. We got the divider from The Container Store as well.

 To organize our cookware we got stacking shelves from The Container Store (sensing a theme here?)

{Rationell Drawer Divider}

This drawer divider is amazing. We got it on our last trip to IKEA. It adjusts to fit your drawer and worked great for our kitchen utensils.

I hate Tupperware and it's always a pain to organize it. I used baskets from Dollar Tree: one for lids, one for the actual tupperware.

We used the same Container Store items in this cupboard as the cookware and bakeware cupboards.

This organizer was my favorite find of the day. It's the Antonius system from IKEA. We bought 2 of them and stacked them on top of each other. Each drawer is a different category: bread, baking supplies, etc.

Bathroom

I keep all of my perfumes in a basket on the counter. I also have a crystal ring holder next to it.

Under the sink is where I keep the majority of my products. My makeup is in the pullout drawers divided by category. I also have tubs for nail polish, soaps, extra bath items, etc.
